Discussion:

Seductress is there to take advantage of Yasha’s possible multi-attacks.

Yasha can greatly benefit from Soultaker.  The more often he acts, the more chances for him to activate passive and gain SPD.

In PVP, you may want to consider switching Pos. 4 ATK to Effect RES.  This would counter any controls that you may encounter.  Though, once Yasha gets enough SPD, he can shake off status effects quickly anyways.

Sample Team

Yasha is a multi-hit DPS so he fits in many teams as an attacking role.  However, he is not a consistent attacker so I see him as a secondary attacker and add another DPS who has consistent damage output.

PVP

Yamausagi, Momo, Zashiki, Ubume, Yasha, with Kagura

Yamausagi (or better yet, Kamaitachi) is a very good unit if you have good SPD souls.  If your speed is lacking, I would suggest using Shouzu’s Water Circuit to survive the first round of attacks.

Momo is one of the best healers right now if the fight drags on.  Her revival is super helpful if the enemy gets to act first and takes out one of your DPS.

There is not much to mention about Zashiki.  She is gonna be on 99% of the teams.

Ubume would act as the main DPS.  I would let her attack first in the hopes of finishing one or two enemies in the first round.  This would limit the randomness of Yasha

Yasha would come in and take out the weakened units after Ubume’s attack.   As the fight goes on and Yasha gets more SPD, that’s when his true power shows.

Soul Dungeon

Although Yasha is able to do AOE, he is just too inconsistent to perform well Soul 10.

PvE

Yamausagi, Shouzu, Zashiki, Ebisu, Yasha, with Seimei

This is the setup I have in mind for Kirin.  Shouzu and Ebisu would keep the team alive while Yasha deals damage.  Kirin is somewhat time-pressured so Yasha’s speed comes in very handy.  Even though his attack is not very consistent, in a long fight he’ll normalize.

Shikigami Comparison

Onmyoji Mobile Game - Shikigami YoukoYouko – Yasha and Youko are, in many ways, very similar.  The biggest similarity is that their multi-attacks are randomized.  This means their value comes from total damage output in long fights.  All things considered, Youko has more ATK while Yasha is faster.  Youko is strictly single target while Yasha is random.  I would argue Yasha has higher total damage output since his special attack has higher starting damage.  Yasha would also be more suitable for longer fights where his SPD can build up.

Verdict

Many players will enjoy Yasha’s character design.  He comes with random targeting attack and SPD enhancement.

Farming (1.0/5.0)

Single target and random attack just don’t do well in farming.

Duel/Raid (2.0/5.0)

I would think he is seldom used PVP.  While he comes with great attack and SPD, the randomized attack is too big of a drawback for a meaningful DPS.

Boss Battles (4.0/5.0)

PVE Bosses is Yasha’s stage.  This is where he can attack hard and often enough to show true value.  If you are lucky, he might finish the boss fights faster than expected.

Soul (1.0/5.0)

I wouldn’t rely on him to run Soul 10.

In my opinion, Yasha is more for PVE the same way as Youko.  While he has the potential to be useful in PVP thanks to his SPD, randomized attack is too big of a drawback.  He may attack enemy’s Hitotsume or trigger adverse soul effects inadvertently.  Not to mentiioned he is hard coutnered by Shouzu.
