Verdict |
Hakuro is very much the best ST DPS for F2P. She’s all about damage so using her should be very straightforward. However, Shuzu is the best counter for Hakuro. Given that Shuzu is very common, Hakuro is somewhat limited. Soon Arakawa Lord would be able to break Shuzu’s links so Hakuro should become more useful in Duel.
One concern is that since she increases her own move bar, it may mess up the team’s attack sequence. |
