| Will make excellent use of Seductress because of 4 hit AOE attack; stack him with crit %
There is no doubt that Ootengu is becoming stronger with the upgrade. However, I feel that his use in PvP is diminishing. Mainly due to the fact that the use of Jizo Statue is very commonplace. |
