Position 2/4/6: SPD/ATK/ATK or Crit Discussion: Even with such a underwhelming stat, Kamimai is positioned as a DPS due to her offensive skills. Because she inflicts Indirect Damage, offensive Souls are not useful to her. Instead she can use functional Souls such as Fortune Cat and Azure Basan. Kamimai is very similar in build compare to Chin. I would say SPD/ATK/Crit would work on her for PvP and substitute Crit to ATK for PvE. |

Kamimai’s Paper Blade is a debuff that can enable Hououga’s Daze. She functions like Chin in this set up. In a slower team, she can be used as a point of counter which she dispells enemy control at the start of her turn. |

| Chin – Almost a direct replica in terms of usage. They both rely on indirect damage. Chin’s venom is stackable so mulitple Chin team is possible. Kamimai does not have the luxury but she has the advantage of being able to dispell herself.
Menreiki – Being the fastest puller in the game, Menreiki’s role as an indirect damage dealer is often forgotten. In terms of raw damage, I think Menreiki outclasses Kamimai due to her much superior stat. |

| Kamimai is rarely used in the current meta. She is similar in function to Chin but inferior. Even Chin is fading away in the current meta so the same can be said about Kamimai. Same as Chin, Kamimai’s Paper Blade can be dispelled so is heavily countered by Ungaikyo.
Her biggest defect is perhaps the inferior stat. An DPS with a B rank ATK would not be used as a DPS. In this sense, Aoandon is sometimes used to enhance damage and save orb. Kamimai does not have the same function. Needless to say, I would not recommend building Kamimai. Maybe she can get an upgrade soon so we can try her out. |
